Citrus, fresh green olives and butter with hints of earthy black pepper spice.
100% Blue Agave spirit from the Tequila Valley. Mature, 8 year old plants are harvested, steamed for 36 hours in traditional stone/brick ovens, crushed in a volcanic rock Tahona and fermented for 4 days in wooden tanks with all natural yeast. This wash is then double distilled in copper pot stills to a much lower alcohol percentage (46%) than most spirits, this preserves the natural flavour of the agave, it is then diluted to it’s bottle ABV (40%) with fresh spring water from the Tequila Valley. This super-premium white Tequila is estate bottled in hand blown Jaliscan glass.
